Most orders ship within 3 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays. Most orders get delivered in 15-30 working days. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 2-4 hours on business days, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sales) deliveries may take a little longer. Please note that Boho Melody cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
*International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If you receive damaged or wrong color product, you can either return it for a refund or exchange it for different color/size product.
Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Before mailing us back the item, please contact us for the detailed return & exchange instructions in 48 hours from the time you received the package.
The client is responsable for additional shipping costs.
